PD Credit Course: Using web 2.0 Tools for Student Learning
Course Description
In this PDE3 course, teachers will be introduced to and become familiar with free web 2.0 tools that can be used to engage students as well as demonstrate student learning. The tools include, but are not limited to: popplet, padlet, pikotochart. A portfolio is required to earn credit. Teachers will explore the purpose and learning objectives in using these tools as well as desired outcomes. Standards-Based lesson plan with 3 student samples 5. End of course summary reflection Each artifact will be labeled with a caption, answering the following: 1. What is it; 2. What is it evidence of; 3. How does this relate to your professional development to improve the quality of student products. |
